Capture the whole meeting.
Join from the menu bar, record microphone and system audio together, and keep the words and meaningful screen changes in sync.
Dahlia captures the conversation, turns it into clear meeting memory,
and lets you ask questions in the app—or from Claude Code and Codex.
We aligned on priorities for the next release and clarified ownership across the team.00:01:12
Update the sharing template Before next time
Organize feedback This week
For the next release, let’s prioritize the sharing flow.
Let’s review usage before deciding how broadly to release it.
I’ll update the sharing template before our next meeting.
Let’s confirm owners and deadlines, then wrap up.

01 — WHY DAHLIA
Dahlia keeps the conversation as structured, local meeting memory—not another document to forget. Summarize it, ask it questions, or bring it into the AI tools where your work already happens.
02 — FEATURES
Capture the facts, understand what matters, and put that knowledge back to work.
Join from the menu bar, record microphone and system audio together, and keep the words and meaningful screen changes in sync.
Summarize a meeting or ask the in-app AI what was decided, why it mattered, and what happens next.
Connect Claude Code or Codex through MCP. Search meetings and read stored summaries or confirmed transcripts without granting write access.
Everything around it, already handled.
See today’s agenda in the menu bar, then open the meeting and start recording together.
Dahlia saves meaningful changes from the screen or window you choose, in sync with the conversation.
Use projects and tags, then export to Markdown, Obsidian, or Google Drive when you need to share.
03 — ONE MEMORY, TWO WAYS IN
The in-app agent and MCP clients work from the same local meeting database, with access limited to the Vault you choose.
The team narrowed the rollout to invited workspaces first. The sharing template is now assigned to Maya for Friday.
Based on 2 meetings in Product / WeeklyCopy the registration command from Settings, then let Claude Code or Codex find meetings, read summaries, and inspect confirmed original transcript segments.
04 — HOW IT WORKS
Join from the menu bar and start recording in one click. Dahlia keeps the audio, transcript, and selected visual context aligned.
Generate a structured summary, or ask the in-app agent for decisions, background, and follow-ups across meetings in the selected Vault.
Export the note, or let Claude Code and Codex read the relevant meetings through Vault-scoped, read-only MCP access.
05 — LOCAL BY DESIGN
Dahlia stores meetings in a local SQLite database and processes speech on your Mac. AI receives context only when you ask a question or generate a summary. External clients get read-only access to the Vault you explicitly select.
Transcripts, summaries, screenshots, and notes are organized in Dahlia on your Mac.
Apple Speech turns conversation into text locally while you record.
MCP exposes only meeting search, stored summaries, and confirmed original transcripts in the selected Vault.
READY FOR YOUR NEXT MEETING?
Turn every meeting into context you can search,
question, and carry into your next piece of work.
